The Gothenburg Culture Festival is for everyone and everything is free!
Ballet and carnival, street theatre and symphony orchestra, culinary culture and jazz, hiphop and dance bands, fairy tale and circus, design and poetry, world-class artists and local bands... During the Gothenburg Culture Festival we feature the best of just about everything.
With about 700,000 visits, more than 900 items on the programme and traditions dating back to the early 1990s, the Gothenburg Culture Festival is one of Sweden's biggest city festivals.
The Gothenburg Culture Festival is a collaboration between the City of Gothenburg, Region Västra Götaland and Göteborg & Co, the latter functioning as the project manager for the event.
